Died on Jan 10, 2003at New Westminster BC on the Sea Link Rigger (Barge) on the Fraser River with 3 other co-workers due to oxygen deprivation in the void space of the barge. The sun was shining, the sky was clear, it was a Friday….what could possibly og wrong???
