As we approach the Day of Mourning, I want to send my best wishes to the families of those who were lost. No worker should lose their life as a result of work. Workplaces must be focused #1 on safety and do everything possible to keep people safe and well. I sincerely hope that the contributing workplaces are making big change so no other family has to go through what you all do. Your mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, children etc. will all be dearly missed. My heartfelt condolences go out to all of you.
