This year the day of mourning is of particular importance to me. On October 23rd, 2020 we lost one of our own. The tragic loss of Dawson Godolphin has left an impact on our organization and on each of us that was involved. I will carry the memories and lessons from that tragic day in October 2020 with me for the rest of my life.
